Every week, learn to relax in a new way. Find more empowered and effortless movement. Reset, re-center, and re-align.

All in a gorgeous new studio right on Main street, overlooking all those pretty lights. Enjoy a small group class with plenty of individual attention. Then get a mug of hot chocolate or browse in a bookstore before you go home.

Location:  Ann Arbor Phoenix Center,
220 S Main, above Elmo's T-shirts (near Crazy Wisdom Bookstore)

Dates: JAN 4 is FREE, then 6 classes Jan 11-Feb 22. No class Jan 25.        

Time: Mondays 7-8 pm
