At the Ann Arbor YMCA 400 W. Washington 2 Sundays 7/13 Breathing to Reduce Stress 1-2:30 pm I n this workshop we'll experiment with new ways of breathingthat will provide a deep sense of calm and vitality. Learning full, uninterrupted breathing can dramatically change how you react to stressful situations and allow you to be more fully present in your daily life.
